UIU TEAM BECOMES CHAMPION IN ENERGY HACKATHON 2017- THE DAILY STAR

ENERGY HACKATHON

United International University's team “Clean Energy” became Champion in Energy Hackathon 2017 arranged by Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources. The theme of this category was “Remove biomass cook stove with clean innovations”. They won a prizemoney worth BDT 50,000 and a government incubation support. The prize was handed over by State Minister, Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, Nasrul Hamid, MP. The team consisted of Md. Raihan Uddin, Sehmim Islam, Sandip Kumar and Rezwanul Karim with Md. Arifur Rahman Talukder as the team leader.
